Partnering with parents to raise up a generation in Christ
Parent Commissioning & Child Dedication
Two Cities will be holding a Parent Commissioning & Child Dedication on Sunday, November 15th.
All parents will be invited to a breakfast Saturday morning, November 14th, from 9am to 11am to talk about the significance of raising a child in Christ. Breakfast and childcare will be provided.
The Nativity Project
This year, with The Nativity Project, we want to take time once more to pause and reflect on the true meaning of Christmas as we create a gift that will allow our families to share the gospel with people far from God but close to us this season. This event is for families with children 5th grade and younger.
TCC Kids Worship at Home Guide
We hate to miss a chance to worship with all of our TCC Kids this week, but we are excited about what God can do in this extended time for your family to be together! We encourage you to have a worship service at home with your child, so we have created a worship at home guide just for you! Feel free to use as much or as little of the guide to make it work for you!
Meet Jesus. Make Friends.
Every Sunday, your children will learn about Jesus and the gospel in age-appropriate ways as they journey through the Bible and see God’s amazing love for them. We also want kids to see what it looks like to have a relationship with Jesus, so each week we model praying together in the classroom.
At Two Cities, we love kids, and teaching them about Jesus in fun and compelling ways. Your kids will sing and worship, play instructive games, and create crafts with other TCC kids, hopefully making some friendships along the way!
Our goal is to come alongside parents, equipping them to lead and shepherd their children well, preparing to send them out into the world in Jesus’ name!
TCC Kids FAQ
Who can be a part of TCC Kids?
What does a Sunday look like?
As kids walk into the room, they are already engaging with the lesson through opening activities. From there, the kids continue to learn through bible stories, crafts, games, scripture memory, and journaling time. Pre-school and Elementary aged children engage in separate times of large group worship where they sing, hear a teaching moment,
and pray together. After worship, kids go back to their classrooms, have an allergy safe snack, and wrap up the lesson in time for parents to pick them up.
How can I prepare for my first Sunday?
You can avoid the lines and pre-register your family online. When you arrive to the Two Cities Kid’s lobby, you will tell a waiting team member your last name and they will print the security tags for the children along with a pickup ticket.
If you do not pre-register, a team member will help you fill out the information form and print you a security tag and pickup ticket in the Kid’s lobby. They will walk you through the Kid’s space, drop your children at their classroom, and then direct you to the worship center.
