Jonah 4:1-11
Jonah alone and angry, looks over Nineveh and still waits and wishes for destruction. What this means for the christian and the massive warning it brings.
JONAH is one of the most fascinating books in the OLD TESTAMENT! It is part of the "minor prophets," but he is DIFFERENT than any of the other prophets. I'd actually call him the runaway prophet! INTERESTINGLY, he was a man of God who wanted nothing to do with God. Jonah was a prophet who didn’t understand GRACE, and therefore, he couldn’t extend it to others. He represents the struggles and temptations that every Christian can easily fall into.
