Genesis Chapter 9 The Floods have subsided and Noah receives a blessing from God. What is a blessing in biblical terms? What does God have to say about the value of human life? God's words tell us a lot about his character and his desire for a relationship with man. Noah gets a second chance but it becomes very clear quickly that he needs something else- A substitute.
